I do believe that "Microsoft" and "Apple" are both, excellent Customer Focusing Companies, by their marketable, tremendous, continues updates.
There are few industry which are customer focus like Dell, Apple AT&T etc,. They also provide an excellent customer support that is the reason why their product has high value in the market
APPLE - They ensure that upper management read customer emails regularly. In fact, CEO Tim Cook reads customer emails daily.
the company having "you attitude" towards customers and willing to changes their policies for the betterment of the customers with in certain boundaries. Yes i do know some of educational institutes which are really working for education not only for business.
