According to Amazon, that they have places a high importance on maintaining the trust of millions of satisfied buyers. They have established performance targets for sellers so that buyers can shop with a sense of safety and security about their third-party transactions.

All sellers should be working toward achieving and maintaining a level of customer service that meets the seller performance targets:

They produce exactly what the customer requires with high importance given to each and every aspect of the car, whether it be interior or exterior. The customer has to choose the colour of the car upto the colour of leather they want in the inside.

It's Walmart.  Walmart are the most customer focussed company.  They have the biggest revenue in the world, so they must be the best at offering customers what they want.

A simplistic analysis it's true, but you have to admit I've got a point.
