Ethical leadership is leadership that is directed by respect for ethical beliefs and values and for the dignity and rights of others related to  trust, honesty, consideration, charisma and fairness .

Believe in yourself and the values of being a true leader ,honesty ,team person ,value company policies and obey and be humane .

It intended neutrality in decisions that serve the interest of the work, not self-interest

Sincere and have high morals

ability to make decisions, especially corrective

It is about how the leaders would deal with their staff based on their personality and moral. The ethical leadership appears in 3 main attributes: justice, honesty and equality. That will create perfect work environments in addition to enhancing loyalty, self  self esteem and job satisfaction to the whole workers
