Training is the best source of confidence. Whenever an employee go through the training session, he/she definitely will achieve some thing new and put in practice for assurance. His assurance and confidence will change his/her behavior to more interest.

While training, adopt a practice of providing both coaching and feedback.

 

Feedback is top-down communication that is intended to immediately adjust behavior. Coaching is a collaborative, ongoing process that is intended to develop employees over time

No , it doesn't because training could change the ability of doing job but it's impossible to change in behaviors and habits of employees unless they have willing to change themselves

Training could definitely bring a change in habits & behavior. Right from birth, we are trained by many people "1st trainers mom & dad", then teachers, friends, wife, kids & sometimes we ourselves train our mind/body...when these many trainers are able to train us, t professional trainers who r good in certain area can certainly bring a change in habits and behavior...
