Some have found me easy to deal with but , at times ,others have found me tough to deal with . It depends on the situation and from the angle one looks at.

Being tough (rude, rough, autocratic) never gets results in the long run... on the contrary it frustrates talent. Depending on the situation, you have to be assertive in driving home your point. Having said that, sometimes, you have to take tough decisions regarding perpetual non-performers in the best interest of the team and the organisation.
