Most sales teams can sell good products. The challenge is to stay on top. They need to understand that they are at the receiving end of the customer experience. They need to help customers understand and get the best out of the product but also need to help their product development and management people understand what the customer experiences and how that experience can be improved.

There is usually a very big problem with the sales team, first of all gaining love and interest in the product they are selling. this is usually because people get themselves in the wrong job. just thing of how you can convince someone to buy something when you cant make yourself emotionally attached to it. but on the other hand, if a sales person can first of all, try to understand his product and try to emotionally attach himself to the product. it will be much more easier to carry on their duties.
