Import License from Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Valid Commercial Registration.
Civil Defense Permit for Storage facility for Hazardous Goods/Chemica
Valid liceense, Commercial records,Approved Certificates

The following documents needs to be submitted to MOT to get approval.
Legalized Commercial Invoice.
Legalized Certificate of Origin.
Packing List
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)
DG Certificate
Test Analysis Certificate
Submit the MOT approval to Customs Department for respective Sea port/Airport approval.
Provide the Customs Approval to the Shipping Line/Airline to process the booking.
Most important thing is
1. Approval required from Ministry of Trade in Saudi Arabia ( NOC from restricted items department in Riyadh)
2. SASO certificate attestation from chamber of commerce – (Origin)
3. Sample for lab test and undertaking letter to customs on arrival
4. Proper HS Code
5. Full set of commercial documents
Below Process with shipping line and Load port agent are must
1. Consignee/importer to submit the approval form to port customs for verification of import approvals and obtain no objection endorsement to discharge their cargo in Saudi Arabia.
2. Consignee/importer to submit verified form to the shipping agent.
3. Shipping agent to complete the form by inserting Bill of Lading number, port of loading, vessel name / voyage, date of arrival and submit the form along with the Hazardous cargo manifest to Jeddah port authority before ship arrival.
4. Any chemicals shipment without prior permit will be retained on board the vessel.
5. Shipping Line will not be liable for shipments retained on board due to incomplete documentation formalities.
