Globalization of Human Resources Management is related to practice of information about nurturing of HRM issues throughout the organizations to build up a connection among HR personnel who are engaged in a dynamic HR operations and problem solving environment where all the HR matters are correlated each other for controlling the people management and managing overall organizations with a systematic technological advantage.
The preliminary function of global Human Resource Management is that the organization carries a local appeal in the host country despite maintaining an international feel.
