Should employees be rewarded at the end of each phase in their training session, or just a final reward at the end of the training session?

I think reward should be given to each employees at the end of the whole session. the reward should be encouraged deserving employees for better working environment.

On completion of final training session, the best trainee must be rewarded. Announcement for the rewards of the best trainee at the starting will be the source for development of competitive environment among the trainees.
