Is excellent marketing education enough to work as marketing manager without previous experience?

It's a good starting point. The problem with Marketing degree in my country (and many others, I am sure) that a lot of time is spent learning and reading on things you'll never use in your companies. Also, not all lecturers actually have business experience to provide students with case studies. So, live and learn, colleagues, live and learn))
