Poor customer service is generally the reason for churn - however price and product performance play a major part as well.

Yes, poor customer service may lead to customer churn, others factors may include; 1. Communication barrier 2. High price relative to competitors 3. Existance of subsistute product 4. Poor quality product. 5. Poor ambience. 6. Unfavourable terms & conditions. Thanx for the invitation
