Keep them on the objectives whey have been hired and how their will be survival if they do not comply on the contact. As well as address the issues accordingly when they comes but keep their focus of the job objectives and reality for their survival. Appreciation for your Invitation. We have to distinguish between the team work and personal gains.  Any behaviors out of the the spirit team have to be resolved and settled soon by a relevant treatment. We have to focus and unify our efforts and endeavors to avoid the negative cases in the Business and tasks achievement.

I think the best motivation for the team members to make them feel that any achievement will be recorded for all as deliverables and gains. This will be broader business and creating the spirit team and competition to realize the objectives.

As per my experience one must listen tou every individual in the team and try to merge with them by sitting by talking with them by asking them hpw they work try to learn what they are doing what are they facing prob(etc) try to listen their personal aspect.

Generally employees are motivated by encouraging and rewarding but due to a personal any reason employee is demotivated then sit with him personally discuss, try to solve his/her issue.
