What is your opinion on racial discrimination? And why people are afraid to discuss racism?

Racial discrimination is widespread in most companies ..It is a certain Cllip serve each other against an employee or superior element and virtually threatens the future of any member of the clannish .. (and senior management who are not neglectful inattention them aware of this clannish) ..So find some either put some obstacles in front of that employee or superior element if the monitor the time delay in time or inattention or simple mistake or give the most difficult tasks and it fully completed .. etc .. or .. and or .. which affects that employee or element superior ..This method or practice it, which ultimately leads to the bad reputation of the company or institution ..= - = - = - =

 

Racial discrimination is & has always been one of the most pronounced social evils in the Global village today. It shouldn't have any place in our societies because it brings about other upheavels that shouldn't be existing in modern & civilised societies. It may bring about mistrust, loss of morale & confidence, social unrest, conflicts & misunderstandings, employee turnover increase, pyschological torture, divisions among employees, hatred, agony etc Thanx for the invitation
