Creativity in traditional customer communication methods? However, the best thing to do in customer related issues is, always try to step into the customer's shoes and try to think in his or her way. This means, while communicating, if the customer speaks broken English, try to speak the same way so that he can understand what you are saying and he might feel relaxed because he will think that he is speaking to someone like him. This is just one example.
