Why do leaders need good communication skills?

Any member in a team needs a good communication skills in order to unify their goals and and plans and  oversteps any obstruction face them

simply to be a proper Receiving  and Delivering Message From/to team.

A leader must have the ability to argue in order to convince of the correctness of his decisions and the direction he is following.

To mobilize its employees, the leader must learn to communicate better with them. This will allow him to better convince and better direct.

If the leader knows how to communicate with others, he will convince and motivate. If he knows how to communicate, he will also be well informed and can lead and control effectively.

leaders need communication  skills because they values should be clear and solid, which cannot be achieved so far without good communications skills.
