Does overall attitude of society have any effect on the performance of employees at work?

of course it has a great effect it can make the employees happy or sad and then will affect on therir work it depends

عند عدم التاهيل النفسى للموظف لا يمكنه الفصل بين الظروف الاجتماعيه والاقتصاديه و العمل فيتم التاثير سلبيا عن العمل بعده صور مثل التشتت وعدم التركيز والاكتئاب فى معظم الحالات

What  is happening  in  the  country  is  they  wanted  from

some people suffer frustration

The  others are sick  with happiness

There  also  does not  care

why not, we all are a part of society too
