No doubt. Stronger and happier your people in work place the greater achievements will come forward to company's way.

Every organisation has just one boss, " the customer". The backbone of every company is the customer without which the company will fall. whatever we do we must please the customer. the customers include internal and external customers.

internal customers  are those who provide the product of the company (employees)

external customers are those who consume the product of the company. (consumers)

both costumers are the backbone of the company, one can't do without the other and need proper treatment and attention. treat the employees well there'll treat consumers well, treat consumers well and they'll treat the company well.

Yes, for sure. if employees are satisfied, successful and like their jobs for sure they will make their company successful. and of course vise versa.
