The reason i find suitable for my positions are as below 1. Due to my vast experience in recruiting right candidates ( white collared as well as blue collared) 2. My ability to connect with people and getting into crux of thier issues 3. My expereince in various domain 4. My nature of bieng flexible and adaptable to various cultures of organizations 5. My abilty of managing people and handling thier issues professionally and effectively 6. My ability to manage my emotions while dealing with sensitive issues 7. My aggressiveness to meet the deadlines 8. My ability to distinguish between right choice and perfect choice regarding decision making 9. Positive attitude towards life and situations

The purpose beyond this question is that your interviewer is asking you to sell him on you and your status as the best person for the position.

so here is your chance to tell about your wide experience in this field and your high level skills to tell what more than written in your CV to attract the interviewer to select you.
