connect with the client's personal/social events such as their birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, achievements and congratulate with a personal note and a note if the product needs any review! Scanning through social media and maintaining a comprehensive database with automation of some information would be of great help to do this.

In current competitive scenario one has to be very active and customer oriented to ensure loyalty of the customer.

I feel below points.

# Always  create customer delight

# Keep the communication simple and easy.

# Track on competition offerings and discounts and product/ services. update yourself accordingly if found worthy.

# Keep them engaged and focussed towards your product/services , create long lasting relation , greet them on special occasion, call them for coffee, invite them new product/services launch . Keep asking feedbacks and their views.

# Keep updating them with new offers , product , services and discount.

# Ensure timely and proactively after sales services if needed.

# Last but least modified your product and services as per their changing behaviours and needs.

Quality across the board, from product - to service, to communications, even after sales care.

Once you do these things at a level better than you would accept yourself, this will build loyalty and return busienss
