I appreciate it CFS  method definitely helps and saves time of the customer who is faced with paucity of time and is being met by numerous sales people during day CFS allows you to tell customer why you are here and how your product is going to help him/her customers 

i think all selling methods nowdays are customer focused,we are selling to customers and seek their satisfasction in order to have their  continued support  .

i do i agree that customer focused selling is important.
