The biggest mistake is that they actually believe that they can do it without any advice and this approach leads to failure. Facebook business pages has a lot of options and before creating a business page you should have the knowledge to manage it, otherwise they should hire the professional.

A. Not using targeting function which allows you to target segments at your micro-marketing plan in FB advertisements.

B. Focusing on attracting followers only.

C. Non-interactive posts.

D. A page with no content.

E. Not responding to messages and engagements.

F. Non effective advertisement (not AIDA).

The biggest mistake brands do when being on facebook is using the platform without putting budget toward facebook media. It is important that brands understand that facebook is a media platform and not investing enough on media for recruitment and engagement will not get you anywhere. 

Over posting or posting more than 1 time a day might lead to user disliking your page. facebook is not a broadcast channel.
