Yes . you can handle a bad boss by let him idle on the work. The job he is doing you can share that job and do yourself all the job . one day he will be doing nothing and the company will let him go onthe way to home. You will be the next boss.

Yes it's really hard to handle.Even we are just subordinates we deserves respect.Especially if he treated you like an idiot.I don't care whatever bad comments he uttered to me.I know my scope of responsibility.He can not terminate me without a valid reason.He is just insecure because he knows that you are much better than him.He will not stay long in that position because he did not value his team.He must realize that without his team he can not fulfill his duty as a manager.He is disgusting.If your manager is like that.Just Chill!Let him eat his own insecurities.He is disgusting.
