What are the Challenges in payroll processing for Middle East?

Can't make it more difficult on insight core employees when running the payroll until understand the current finance policies. 

The external payroll processing will face challenges on basic of collecting the time sheets and payment towards the invoices to customers. Further if the data doesn't prompt with other benefits & loan it will be much more difficult.
