If you could improve one thing about your personality, what would it be and why would you choose this particular thing?

Personality gives your impression and if you are not give your impression good on company thats not good for you and company

Personality is the mirror of human being. As situation or work atmosphere changes the personality is also changes towards newer work style. So no need to change intentionally. It will work automatically.

It’s not if! Anyone can change their personality; but why would you want to do that? Your personality is what makes you different from others, and it’s this uniqueness what makes humans- Humans.

In every job continuous and small improvements add quality. Speaking about me overworking and being some times over-passionate is a disadvantage as this may bring the opposite result.

I wish to improve my confidence level. Even though things are going well, lack of confidence may hinder our progress.
