How can we prevent problems from today?

In simple we can prevent problems:

out of past experience and mistakes, we did knowingly or unknowingly and initiate controls best in the industry.

there are and there may be other ways to prevent and controls, which will come out of adapation, improvisation and overcome.

Our knowledge is updated by only updates there is no any other way.so we can use  our abilitys and knowly only for prevent the problems if it happen again we can update our self again this things only we can do,The solution is ask the advise and ideas to the knowledge able person before do any work or action it may help you or not but i will definately help you to growup yours thinking abitlity 

This is a good question. In the file of audit, we have different types of auditing controls. one of them is called "the preventive controls, and the main job for this type to "Prevent the mistake BEFORE happening, rather than happening then correcting.
