Yes I have.
I first left my job in after witnessing two consecutive layoffs at my company, a large multinational food manufacturing company. the first layoff took place in, while the second took place in. Both layoffs affected some of my colleagues badly, including my immediate bosses. However, for some reason I was spared from both layoffs.
After these events I realized job security was no longer guaranteed. Times had changed. In I decided to quit employment altogether to pursue entrepreneurship. I did not have any particular plan in place, therefore I took a big risk.
To cut a long story short, I have been able to venture into many business niches including services, nutrition and technology etc.
I like to encourage people to venture into business for themselves in order to "test the waters" and to diversify risks. By depending too much on your day job alone, you are in fact taking a big risk and "putting all your eggs in one basket".
However, as a matter of caution, do not leave your job yet if you're not sure what to do. It's always advisable to get a mentor who will take you "through the ropes".
Business is all about sales, and sales come from customers, therefore customer is key. If you get your first customer, you're already in business!!!
But it's not that easy to get customers. There's so much to learn especially the marketing. Depending on your type of job, you can get your first customer while still doing your full-time job. There are many businesses you can do part-time, such as services, accounting or Information Technology.
Start small and develop gradually as you learn. You should always have a back-up plan and enough cash to last you at least6 (six) months before you make your first sale.
Yes i want but the main issue is investment which stop me from doing so and the thing which make me consider this is because i am a business graduate and i believe that business graduate should create job in the market for other job seekers and become entrepreneur instead of hunting job in the market and become more burden on any economy. Its not possible to explain the whole business plan right now.
