Do you prefer an increment in salary or higher disgnation? can't chose both.

In my Opinion : Higher Designation . 

I do prefer the higher designation, as same will lead to increment  in salary even after a while.

higher designation since with higher designation i can prove  and improve my self in a job that more likely i will enjoy .

I prefere high designation because its increase my skills and knowledge.

once you achieve higher designation,then your salary Automatically increase.

Designation to a higher position means more responsibility, objectives and important tasks.

Designation to a higher position automatically means an increase of salary, so higher designation mean automatically increment in salary
