Is it possible to get the full payment on cancelling the new policy in free look period?

yes, basically for a contract that's under "free look period" are free to be terminated by the holder and get their full payment(except the insurer administration charges) within 10 days

 Usuallu when cancelling a new and valid insurance policy , the insurance company charges a short period rate and calculate insurance premium due accordingly . Hence it is impossible to get full payment as refund permium .
