You are not so young. Your hair is turning white and the hair line is receding. The IT ,ITES revolution started in India in the late, ninetys, and became robust only by.People who were young in were jobless for at least5 years before the boom and now getting old and unemployable in the ITES sector as their capacity to do multitasking and learning new skills recede. And younger people just graduated in full of energy overtake them very fast. Even surviving is becoming difficult for the older generation. BUT WHAT IS THE SOLUTION? It must be more difficult for the rest of South Asia where the IT revolution was not very successful.
Relocation to Bengaluru or Gurgaon nee Gurugram the bright lights in the Indian growth story of7% GDP growth is only possible for a bachelor and not possible for a person married and with kid in eastern India. The pay is not enough to shift your family and living in an overcrowded bachelors accommodation day after day doing the GRAVEYARD SHIFT becomes very difficult. As goes the old English saying when a horse grows old and is unfit to work you shoot him. But when a worker gets old you leave him to die fending for himself.
Thank you for the invitation, Yes strange question .Manager & irrespective of age frequency all subordinates have their own roll with success vision. Everybody has to discharge their committed responsibility. Age is not a factor.
Being a professional its not difficult to get reported by elders than you or to report someone younger than you, all you need to have professionalism. thats all.
Thank you Invitation ,
