How can one build a real skill?

By going in depth of any problem for achieving goals.

self confidence,lead by example,delicate and motivation you can have a weak team but if they are happy then u have the best   

The skill and experience are characteristics gained, and any vested status be increased finely honed continued to workout and training for development, through the hard work and add more to develop humanitarian experience the increase every day and every generation adds to the previous generation, to learn from past experiences and adds the personal experience and what has been reached

There is no pure skill, always there is one better  , just you need to train yourself and go deep into every single skill to learn all features and develop yourself by this skill.

do it again and again and again and learn from mistakes, try not to repeat.
