Which is most important to your organization—mission, core values or vision?

as  a stakeholder , I don't consider your vision, because it's matter of yours , I don't need to know where would you like to be after Certain time period  . But I interest to know what's your product , target market, your C.A  and your values 

SO, , vision is your relation with yourself , but mission is your relation with others   

can you forgoes any party of those !
