Managers , HR cant't tell apart between Office manager title , personal assistant, executive assistant and executive secretary. Agree or not?

Manager will guide all works of Office mgr.

Office management entails all task that make organisation function effectively and efficiently. As personal assistant to CEO you make sure all work assign directly to you by CEO is done to time likewise as an office administrator of an organisation no task must be left undone because productivity will be affected. Office Management is more tasking especially when you are also the CEO assistant. I carry out the two functions at the same time

• Usually the titles are different in various organizations 

• When there is lack of a clarity, It's the responsibility of management & HR  to clearly distinguish & design the roles & responsibilities in sync with the title for the new hires/ existing staff

In my opinion not all managers have a knowledge to do so, some of them get the position and they did not derived it
