I think every trading work must search or swichover for monetary benefit, in otherside teaching organization is non-profit goals, so it's need to employe some teacher to fixed there goals, this is benefit for  community.

Maybe because of time short. I think, generally, if there is a space there will be many promising activities a teacher can do, it is about ambition and creativity.
