Let's get honest truth here ... sometimes we meet with the characters will not be able to make them happy or appease them. Their behavior outside of your control (they have a difficult day, or they're just complaining the nature of their birth) sneaks into the routine you want the usual customer support, and you'll be greeted those customers who they seem to want only to quarrel and attack you.
