in middle east we have super learner and super stare in academy but no system

There are some top quality universities in the Middle East region. For example, in Abu Dhabi, you have NYU Abu Dhabi and Paris Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. In Dubai, you have some others as well. Qatar has attracted some top tier universities. You would have to look closely at their graduate program offerings and specializations.

i think that the quality of education in middle east and especially in Qatar is good, the government care a lot about this and how to grow up this sector, if i find my specialty why not
