How to develop a company which is already flourished?

When a company is already flourished and well developed, what is there more to offer them as a candidate? Recently i have been invited for an interview where they asked me the same question. My answer was to: First check your status: Know where you stand as a leading company or the following one? Second, know your competition: If you know how well the competition is doing, then you know exactly where your company lacks and what to offer more to your costumers. Third, never stop achieving: Become a self competition. Fourth, Productivity: the employees already working in your company should be on their peak of productivity on their job role. If so, you can get the most out of it. Fifth, Keep your employees happy: Give them worthy remuneration, try to ease their job so that they can bring in the creativity and work efficiently. Sixth, put more than you get: Net profit from the company is not only for your pocket but also to put back in the company and grow it more. So far, these are the things i came up with, I would welcome more suggestions regarding this. Thanks in advance.

The challenge in a developed company is as a minimum maintain the current performance and strive to increase on that current performance.this can be achieved through constant innovative developments targeting customer desires to enhance service delivery.

I would add the following as a strategic approach.  If you have a readthrough to the company's website before you go the interview " which I presume you do" have a look at their vision and Mission statement and try to understand how it is linked to the work.  the adding pint would be 'simplification' what I mean by that is how would you simplify any job you do, what aver task you take, or project it a way that adds value but linked to the mission of the Org.

 

second thing, you need to chip into your straight area, use your experience and/or study "knowledge" how can you use that to create a better customer experience. by customer I mean however your services well be serving. how can you make that better, faster, cheaper, user friendly.....etc.
