How culture, social that affect people when they choose a restaurant at which to celebrate their birthday?

each country has its specific culture - people in a country are divided between accepted of the entrance of new traditions or american and European tradition while other avoid this

the ideas of celebration birthdays was first strange in our Arabic culture  but since it become adapted by many people, it is become part of it . 

some people like to experience ideas which come from TV, and celebrating birthdays in restaurants is considered a type of surprise for adult person and a type of high life behavior for the people they make birthdays in restaurants for their children
