Both ways are fine for me as long as the courses are to develop our skills and knowledge. Even though I agree with the people who prefer the classroom as face to face discussion is very important and enhance the communication skills.

I always preferred classroom training but as I got older I found less and less time to commit to things. Online training helped me as I could do this when I had free time and a lot of these types of training still have tutors that you can reach out to if you are in need of help with anything. Both ways are still great ways to learn but it will depend on your own way of working and commitments to see which one is better for you as an individual.

I prefer online training because it allows me to learn at my own rythm and fit in my schedule.
