Hello, Suppose you wake up the next day and you find that the market has been changed and there new players in the market, what will be your action unless you have strong customer service and empowered employees that is giving you a competitive edge in the market?

Greetings; I would like to answer this questions in a costumers point of view.Even though the product or service is controlled by one business organization,I still have the right to choose the kind of product or service that I wanted to buy.In doing this I need some information regarding the quality of the products or service.But I don't think if Monopoly now still exist.Correct me if I'm wrong.Competion in the market today is great.

Yes, Because service is not for customers benefit it is also beneficiary for business monopoly also.
