Privacy of customers is their primary right and an important factor in customers satisfaction. this applies to all services, but it is paramount in healthcare since we are dealing with most important and private information related to his a persons life. If someone has no trust in the privacy of the healthcare service he might not come forward in any case of health issue which might be fatal in some cases.
So a privacy policy (or bill of rights) must be developed and announced to all service agents and customers themselves. this policy will define what information can be asked from a person, how and where it is stoerd, who has the Right to look at it.. and so on.
