What are your strongest skills, as I feel as I am lying.. in Arabic we say "ماحدا بقول عن زيتو عكر"so anyways, it's all stressfull -_-

Why are you leaving your current organization.

Mr. Wael. There is no standard reply of your question, as every recruiter has certain repetitive questions and some are situation based. For those questions like;

·         Why we hire you?

·         What are your strength and improvement areas?

·         Why you want to leave your organization?

·         Tell us briefly about yourself?

If candidates prepared for them then it is better for him while for the next like technical question related with the experience and field could be solve then and there.

dear for every one it can be different. for me they are: What has been the greatest disappointment in your life? and What is your greatest strength?
