It's like the nerve system in the body; organs will suffer deficiency if each one of them was working alone and by its own.

Without proper communication conflicts develop.Its very important that their should be an open and proper communication between teams.Explain clearly to your team's about your goals.And it should be be S-M-A-R-T. Specific, Measurable, Attainable,Realistic & Time bound.

Communication is the most important thing in team work. Having the information kept on one side and not being given to the right people at the right moment, may be the cause of not completing a task which and never reaching team goals.
