In my opinion, No,I do not think so ...

Bayt.com Custer Services available regularly just when you click on "Send Feedback" dark rectangle which it shows at the bottom of page below, and they answer all complaints once they receive it from users.

Today’s customer is changing the world of customer service. The volume and speed of communication has quickened at breakneck pace, and customers expect questions and comments to be answered and acknowledged quickly.

 

Bayt.com has a quite good customer service professional and their doing a tremendous job in order to safeguard their market on track.
