Forming a team takes time, and members often go through recognizable stages as they change from being a collection of strangers to a united group with common goals.
1 Forming stage: group formation
2.storming stage:struggle for recognition
3.norming stage:group stabilized
4.performing stage: group working actively
5.adjourning stage:task is completed

2. Know your team, their strength and weaknesses, and what additional talents you may need

according to Tuckman (1965) there are five stages which are forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning but if the team is for a long period of time, we will assuming adjourning will not be needed.
