it all depends on the description of the job. However, Age, experience and degree complete each other but I do believe that age & experience should come first then the degree. Lots of top positions are occupied by people who barely have a degree but they got this post because of their productivity and experience. Age is important as it is a motivation to get the experience. it is the movement to look after the info. the degree is the implementation of the job.
