I would say that customers will remember your business if you remember their names. What do you say?

Yes off course remembering customer name will create good relation incase you are a sole trader business. But if you are a company deals with "n" number of customers it will be difficult to know their personal name. The only way they will remember you is by quality of product/service you deals.
