How can we teach an old person among young ones , and make sure to let them all be excellent.?

The answer for the question will be too long to put here. Anyhow there are many techniques followed in such situations, along with various assessments that should be conducted for the students involved in the process prior to starting the teaching process - that would bring about good results.

First of all, one thing should be put clear: categorizing students based on merely their ages is totally wrong. A child differs in abilities and intelligence from another child who may be born not only in the same year but even on the same day. One can easily view in a typical classroom that the high achiever can easily apply the skills that are requested of a childay perhaps 3 years older. Hence categorization of education based merely on the age is absolutely doubtful. Nevertheless, recent studies argue for a more personalised classroom for in fact everything in our lives we have everything customised; why not do the same with education? We have different sizes of the same dress or shoes and we are able to change our hair color or eye color based on what suits us most yet we still tend to bring all students, of different backgrounds, intelligences, interests, and dislikes and set boundaries and, metaphorically speaking, cut their bubble thoughts in to symmetrical squares of equal parameters; nonese! Thus, in response to your question, if an older student attends a class with a class of learners younger than him means that he was judged by his ability to attain such a level of schooling. As a result, I believe, that old student should be equally treated with age being anice element absolutely neglected through the learning process. Personalise your own teaching and learning process that best suites the abilities of your students instead of their ages. Through such a strategy, you as a teacher will make sure you'll bring out the most of them and obtain success. This is concerning the educational process. However, one should be quite aware that ano old student put in a classroom of students younger than him can be stressful and a tremendous psychological burden. For instance, such a student may be bullied. Of course, this should be of upmost importance not only to the administration but also to the teacher while at the same time managing an objective process of learning.

From my own persona; experience I can say that this is NOT good to mix a group of younger students with older ones - their attitude to education, discipline, mannerisms, care, attention and all are totally different. This leads to awkward moments and points of certain tension. So, I would never allow such a group to function and would immediatelly send older ones to another group

: Both can learn together  easily but under the following condition

1. The minds of children are Pure  It's easy to learn anything .

2.  

   Old want to know why they need to learn something new.

Both can learn together. But before the class begins, the Teacher need to talk to the young ones as well as the old person - To Respect each other. expecially the young ones. - To let the old person know why he or she want to learn something new. Why? Because he has a reason for choosing to be in the mixed of the young ones.
