Is there is any other institutes or studies equivalent to Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)?

Certified Cost Professional (CCP) from the AACE (American association of cost engineers)

It is hard to make such comparison evaluation. However RICS certification has very good reputation and dignity in construction domain. Moreover, countries like Australia promote AIQS certified Quantity Surveyor rather than RICS certified candidate. AACE is also one of leading institute providing certifiation course, but it is not for Quantity Surveying rather it is for Cost Engineering.
