Why should the company promote initiative, innovation and creativity?

Creativity generates ideas,concepts and associations that lead to the exploitation of new ideas.

Initiative keeps the organization on the track of learning,developement and growth

while innovation provides the floor for creativity and initiative.

Together these 3 things determine the success of an organization upon how and how much these are implemented and allowed

 

To  motivate rest of  employees  towards creativity, innovation and hard work.

Do get more and more from the skills of their employees and to groom in unique way in competition.

The success of any organization depends on initiatives, innovations and creativity.  i believe this can not be achieved without the catalyst MOTIVATION

Initiative, innovation & creativity are a backbone of growth, development, survival & success of a company thus a combination of the above & other closely related factors make it possible for a competitive & long term survival of a company. Therefore management is responsible for introducing these ideas, enhancing & promoting these factors as well as providing a platform for employees to participate freely & providing them with the necessary resources to do so.
