What diffeeence does it make either man or woman? Leadership can be followed by a women as well though they also have good management skills.............Just take1 example only how a working woman manage her house and job in a perfect manner. So, there shouldnt be any discremination in man and woman.

I believe that there should not be any problem in working with man or women. If my manager is a woman, obviously I will work under her, as she has the professional quality, knowlege and experience of becoming a manager of a company. More so, she has the supervising capacity to hold a managerial post due her professionalism. There should not be any discrimination.

Oh boy!! What difference does it make? This is2013, and the fact is that in the western world working women have surpassed the amount of working men already in2009. In2013 women are expected to earn globally18 trillion usd while the GDP in China will be6.6 trillion usd and GDP in India will be1.8 trillion usd. I find this kind of question very irrelevant.
