It's just a translation jock and lesson learn, I been working in South Sudan Republic as UN field staff member, where an international HIV/AIDS specialized lady has visited my operations area, and I assigned to help her access the local community for purpose of M&E task / reviewing the HIV awareness progress among the community members, however, I was also assigned as translator (English – Arabic) from the lady to a community member, who is to translate (Arabic – Dinka Dialect) to another community member, who is to translate (Dinka – Zandi Dialcet) to a community leader, who is to discuss his community members, explaining the lady mission purpose and extract necessary data / info the lady seeks to have! Imagine this Language Diversity Chain!
The jock was that my translation receiver always saying; I hope that none of the attendees saying (o'a'o!) a low voice tone means that; it is not clear, please back clarifying! And also matter because we do not know how can we accurately translate into other3 languages!
By being concentrated all the time and being aware of every language we translate .
